PDFs are available to download for a limited time after being purchased. If you're having a problem downloading your PDF, please try this before contacting us. To download a PDF you have recently purchased ensure you are logged in, then click here and follow the on-screen prompts.

Problems using the "Find a Property" and "Flood Risk Indicator" service

If you are having a problem in using the "Find a Property" and "Flood Risk Indicator" service, your download problem persists, or you have a question relating to the information contained within the PDF you have obtained from us, you can e-mail or call us.

To email, please use this link findapropertysupport@landregistry.gsi.gov.uk Link opens in new window and include your:

  • WorldPay Transaction ID
  • Address details of the property searched, or Land Registry title number
  • PC setup information: Operating system, PDF viewing software name and version and your current browser
  • Name, address, telephone number (including STD code) and email address

Alternatively, you can call us on 0300 006 0411. Calls are charged at the national rate by your telephone service provider and are recorded. Telephone support is available 08.30 - 17.00 hours Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please have the following details ready when you call:

  • WorldPay Transaction ID
  • Address details of the property searched, or Land Registry title number
  • PC setup information: Operating system, PDF viewing software name and version and your current browser
  • Your name, address, telephone number (including STD code) and email address
